Last week, I recited my poems, "Give Me This at Least" and "Curb a Little Carcass" 4 Out Loud HSV open mic.https://www.facebook.com/outloudhsv/?fref=nf …
This open mic event was held at Lowe Mill, located in my hometown of Huntsville, AL. I really had a great time, met some very talented writ-makers, and quite possibly a lead to an introduction to new friends, literarily, or otherwise. And, yes, I'm still working to complete a very important goal of mine.
Also, I've begun working on my first book of poetry entitled, "Mason Court." Hope to be done by the end of 2016. Wish me luck.
