Three original poems recited at Out Loud HSV on 11-16-16

I recently recited three original pieces at an open mic night at Out Loud HSV, a local organization who cater to the arts, on 11-16-16. A special thank you to Brett Richardson, who recorded this for me. If  needed, please, turn up your volume. Thank you and enjoy: The poems: "From the 21st Century Adding Machine," "Pampas Grass" and  "Eyesome Moon."

Two poems by Gwendolyn Brooks

I'm back to post every two weeks on a Thursday, in lieu of my attempt to work on my project
(which is taking a bit longer than I anticipated) and revive my activeness on social to network. I believe I can do this. With that, please, listen to me recite "Still do I keep my Look, my Identity" and "The White Troops had their orders but the Negroes looked like Men," two poems by Gwendolyn Brooks.
